To ensure our work represents a diversity of perspectives we hire subject experts, frontline defenders, and peer reviewers. These consultants are critical to providing an expanded Global South perspective, ensuring the rigor of our deliverables, and leveraging a diverse range of specialties including systems engineering, legal studies, UX design, and science communication. When contracts involve site-specific fights, we invite affected communities to nominate their youth for our remunerated mentorship program to ensure local ownership of the work product. All consultants are all paid the same hourly rate and guest consultants hours are not capped to ensure they bring their best work.

Eren’s expertise on climate affairs is built on years of multidisciplinary background spanning cognitive neuroscience, international governance, public management, corporate societal responsibility, and social performance.

Eren completed their Masters in International Governance/Public Management at Sciences Po Paris and his Bachelors in Cognitive Neuroscience and Social Performance at Brown University.

Eren has previously worked for the Prime Minister of France, the Governor of Rhode Island, the Hospitals of Paris, Reclaim Finance, and the Sunrise Project. He has advised multiple civil society groups, including Citizens Climate Lobby Europe, Stop the Money Pipeline, and Climate Defiance.

Based between New York, Paris, and Istanbul, Eren takes a local and global approach to being an agent of change in a world in climate chaos.
